ABOUT THE POSITION
We at Inre Kraft are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant on an as-needed basis for our client in Skellefteå. This is to be able to step in at short notice during sick leave and other absences in the regular staff group.
The working hours are mainly scheduled during the day and evening, but night work may occur.
07:00-14:00
14:00-21:30
22:00-08:00
Start date is according to agreement, and we would like you to be able to start the introduction immediately.
ABOUT THE CLIENT
The client is a 13-year-old girl who likes animals, dancing, video games, and crafts. She cannot speak for herself but expresses emotions clearly and makes some sounds. She has recently received a handheld computer with eye control that will eventually help as a communication aid. The client has epilepsy.
The tasks include:
Support with daily routines, such as household chores
Assisting/helping with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals
The client uses a power wheelchair and communication aids.

REQUIREMENTS
Very good knowledge of the Swedish language
Tolerate pets - a cat is present in the home
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience working with children
Experience in healthcare and social care
Experience with various types of aids
Employment level: As-needed substitute
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.

If you want to work with children and young people under 18, you need to present an extract from the criminal record. It is important that the extracts are ordered in good time, as the police's processing time may vary. Due to a legal change from March 1, 2026, the background check will be expanded to include both extracts from the criminal record and extracts from the suspected registry.
