ABOUT THE POSITION

We are currently seeking two personal assistants for permanent part-time positions with our client who lives just outside Vännäs. The positions involve work during awake night shifts, with a schedule that includes both weekdays and weekends. In the role of a night assistant, you will be a responsive resource ready to act as needed, whether it involves practical tasks or ensuring that the client's night rest is as undisturbed as possible.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

Our client is a 58-year-old woman who lives with her family. As she lives with ALS, she needs your support to make her daily life function.

Job tasks:

• Transfers

• Assistance with personal care and dressing/undressing

• Certain handling of daily routines and household chores that occur during the night shift

ARE YOU THE ONE WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

To thrive in this role, a high degree of responsiveness and personal maturity is required. Since the work takes place in the client's private home, it is crucial that you have a good sense of social interaction and can adapt to the current situation. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic who is comfortable working independently at night. You are professional but also have a warm and compassionate attitude.

REQUIREMENTS

• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form, to ensure communication and documentation

• Driver's license and access to a car (as the client's home is located outside the urban area)

• Experience working as a personal assistant/other care experience

Employment level: 2 part-time awake night positions

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensation in accordance with collective agreements.

If you want to work with children and young people under 18 years old, you need to present an extract from the criminal record. It is important that the extracts are ordered in good time, as the police's processing time may vary. Due to a change in the law from March 1, 2026, the background check will be expanded to include both extracts from the criminal record and extracts from the suspicion register.
