ABOUT THE POSITION

We at Aktiv Assistans are looking for a personal assistant for our client living about 30 minutes from Umeå. The position is a permanent employment at 60% with shifts primarily scheduled for evenings and awake nights on weekdays, as well as approximately 1 weekend per month. During the client's holidays and breaks, daytime work may also occur. We are also looking for on-call substitutes who can work extra as needed.

Working hours:

• 3:30 PM - 9:30 PM

• 9:30 PM - 8:00 AM

Start date by agreement. We hope you can begin the introduction as soon as possible.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

Our client is an active and energetic 10-year-old boy who enjoys tractors, puzzles, and being outdoors. He needs support in his daily living activities. He thrives best with a clear structure and requires a lot of supervision and attention from his assistants. Communication involves the use of visual aids, schedules, and simple, clear guidance.

We are looking for someone who is secure, attentive, and solution-oriented. A positive attitude and good personal chemistry are crucial for creating a good relationship with the client. To contribute to his security, we prefer that you have a long-term approach to your employment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Driver's license and access to your own car, which is used in the job

• Experience in personal assistance and/or care

• Experience working with children or familiarity with children

PREFERENCES

• Experience with epilepsy

• Experience with autism

Employment rate: 1 permanent position at 60% + 1 substitute as needed

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
