ABOUT THE JOB

In connection with retirements, we are now strengthening our operations and seeking an engaged social worker for the economic assistance unit.

As a social worker with us, you will work on investigating, making decisions, and following up on cases regarding economic assistance according to the Social Services Act. You will also work on the implementation of the activity requirement reform and the new Social Services Act's requirements for preventive work and accessibility. The work is varied and can be adjusted over time based on the needs of the operations and your competencies.

You will be part of a stable and experienced team where several colleagues have extensive experience in social services. Peer supervision is a natural part of everyday life and something we highly value. You will also receive continuous external supervision.

We offer regular professional development, both within the field of operations and based on your own needs and wishes. We are looking for someone with a degree in social work or another education that the employer deems equivalent. You are solution-focused, flexible, and able to prioritize your work based on changing conditions. You work independently but also see the value of collaboration and support from colleagues.

The work requires you to be structured and have good administrative skills. A B driver's license is a requirement for the position.
