JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a social worker with us, you contribute knowledge and engagement that makes people feel safe.

In interdisciplinary teams, we plan and implement care and treatment based on the patient's needs. We collaborate closely with relatives, schools, social services, and other clinics within healthcare. The work involves a lot of dialogue with patients and guardians - both based on manual-based, psychoeducational material and in everyday supportive conversations. We value collegial support and work based on RESIMA - a method to create an environment that functions in the best possible way and minimizes the risk of threats and violence, both for patients and staff. You will receive supervision and further education based on the needs of the operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

For this job, you need to have a degree in social work. You also need previous experience as a social worker, where experience from healthcare and a license as a healthcare social worker is advantageous.

You are clear and confident in yourself, think innovatively and solution-oriented. You enjoy working both independently and in a team. Collaboration and initiative, flexibility, and accuracy are qualities we value. Your attitude contributes to a good working climate, where we all collaborate to achieve the best quality of care for our patients. You are good at prioritizing what is most important at the moment and have the ability to maintain focus on the task.
