ABOUT THE POSITION

We at Inre Kraft are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant for our client in Skellefteå. We are looking for someone who wants to work as a substitute already now + work on a temporary basis during the summer! To be considered for the position, you need to be able to work to some extent during the summer.

The working hours are as follows:

• 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

• 03:00 PM - 10:00 PM

• 10:00 PM - 07:00 AM (awake and journal night)

Start date will be agreed upon, and we would like you to begin the introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a man in his 30s. Our client needs your help as an assistant in his daily life as he has autism and epilepsy. The assistance tasks are of a supervisory and guiding nature.

The job responsibilities include:

• Support with daily routines, such as household chores

• Assisting/helping with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals

• Medication, help, and guidance

The client uses communication aids.

REQUIREMENTS

• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language - both spoken and written

• Non-smoker

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with autism

• Experience with low-arousal approaches

• Experience working in care and support

Employment level: 2 substitutes

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
