Personal Assistant Needed

We are currently looking for a personal assistant for a woman living just outside Skellefteå.

The position is approximately 25% and the work is scheduled between 22:00 and 07:00 mainly on weekends (every other weekend). This means only night shifts and no combined day, evening, and night shifts. Perfect to combine with other work or hobbies.

During the summer, there will be opportunities to work more if desired.

The Assignment:

Our client is a woman in her 30s with significant care and support needs. As an assistant, your tasks will include helping with nutrition intake, hygiene, transfers, communication, and ensuring that the client has a meaningful everyday life.

During the night, the work is of a supervisory nature as the client uses CPAP and may experience seizures. Night work involves constant monitoring and supervision.

Applicant:

You who are applying should be a responsible woman, preferably with previous experience in care (a big plus if you have experience working with seizures). Additionally, you should be socially skilled as the client lives in a household with other people. Good communication is important, and you must understand and speak Swedish fluently.

Furthermore, applicants should also have access to a driver's license and a car as the client lives somewhat remotely, making public transport difficult.

The position is available immediately - training can start right away.
