ABOUT THE POSITION

We at Inre Kraft are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant for our sibling pair in Norsjö.

The working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and night shifts with on-call duty, every day of the week.

Start date is according to agreement, and we would like you to begin the introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENTS

The clients are a sister and brother, where the sister is 23 years old and the brother is 21 years old. They are non-verbal, have autism, intellectual disabilities, and epilepsy. They live in separate apartments opposite each other.

The job tasks

• Consist of guiding and supporting them at home.

• Assisting/helping with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals.

• Providing support and encouragement to engage in activities.

• Accompanying them in daily activities.

The siblings use PECS (communicate using pictures)

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with people and can analyze the needs of others. You should also be attentive, proactive, and engaged. Personal suitability is of great importance.

Employment Rate:

The younger brother needs a substitute as one of his assistants is on parental leave.

The sister needs a substitute as one of her assistants is on sick leave - potential for extension.

REQUIREMENTS

• Driver's license and own car, you need to get to and from the workplace

QUALIFICATIONS

• You have experience with autism, epilepsy, and PECS.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
