Personal Assistant – On-Demand Hourly Employment

I am a 46-year-old woman with rheumatoid arthritis living with my partner and our younger school-aged child. I need help with most daily activities, so it’s a big plus if you are experienced and enjoy working with children. I am a cheerful, outgoing, positive, goal-oriented, and meticulous person. Some of my biggest interests are fashion, interior design, as well as drawing and painting.

Job Responsibilities and Work Hours You will provide support in daily practical tasks, personal care, and assistance in family life. The position is an on-demand hourly employment, Monday to Friday, with both day and evening shifts (07–16 and 16–23:30). We have a dog in the home.

About You

• Experience in care and support is advantageous but not a requirement.

• Detail-oriented, attentive, responsible, flexible, and able to step in as needed.

• Empathetic and understanding of others' needs, with the ability to take initiative.

• Requirements: a driver's license and experience working with children.

• Extra plus if you speak Finnish.

• We have family members with animal allergies, so unfortunately, we cannot accept applications from cat owners.
