Job Description

As a Logistics Support, you play an important role in the daily logistical flow and serve as a central contact point between the business, carriers, and customers. You work both operationally and administratively with a focus on quality, structure, and service.

In this role, you are responsible for weighing incoming and outgoing vehicles, handling deliveries, and managing export-related tasks. You maintain ongoing contact with yard personnel and ensure that information and routines are followed in daily operations. As part of back office, you handle settlements, follow up on discrepancies, and ensure accurate documentation for customers.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is structured, meticulous, and service-oriented. You thrive in a role with many points of contact and find it easy to collaborate with both operational staff and administrative functions.

To succeed in this role, we see that you:

Have experience in logistics, administration, or similar tasks
Are accustomed to working with systems and administrative processes
Have good communication skills and can collaborate with various professional roles
Are responsible and have a solution-oriented approach
Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Hold a B driver's license and have access to your own car

Experience in weighing, export management, or work in recycling, transport, or industry is an advantage.
