At our client, you will work in a modern and safe production environment with a clear focus on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement. We are now looking for a driven and goal-oriented CNC operator/technician with several years of experience. The role is suitable for you who are meticulous, solution-oriented, and want to contribute to a team where development and high precision are central.

• Operate and optimize CNC milling machines and CNC lathes according to drawings and work orders.

• Program, troubleshoot, and make changes to CNC programs as well as adjust tool and control parameters to improve cycle times and surface quality.

• Perform both series production and single-piece manufacturing with high repeatability and accuracy.

• Measure details with measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, coordinate measuring machines, etc.) and document results according to quality procedures.

• Perform daily inspections, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs on machines and report deviations.

• Collaborate with the production team to ensure delivery, quality, and efficient production setup.

• Participate in continuous improvement work of processes, fixtures, and tools.

• Several years of documented experience working with CNC milling and/or CNC turning in a production environment.

• Good ability to read and interpret technical drawings and tolerances.

• Experience in measurement technology and quality control.

• Knowledge in programming and optimizing CNC programs as well as making practical program changes.

• Technical understanding of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.

• Flexibility to work shifts as needed.

• Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.

It is an advantage if you have formal CNC training or experience with control systems, as well as experience in setting up tools and fixtures.

You are meticulous, goal-oriented, and have a strong quality awareness. You take personal responsibility, are solution-oriented, and work well both independently and in a team. You have a mindset for improvement and actively contribute to a safe and structured workplace.
