Diabetes Nurse in Primary Care

About the position

We are now looking for a licensed diabetes nurse or district nurse with at least 15 HP in Diabetes for our health center. In this role, you will work both independently and in a team, in close collaboration with doctors and other professionals.

The tasks are varied and include, among others:

• Diabetes clinic and follow-up of patients
• Patient education and self-care support
• Telephone advice
• Prescriptions
• Reception work
• Vaccinations and sampling
• Documentation in the PMO journal system

We are looking for someone who

• Has further education in diabetes
• Has experience from primary care (meritorious but not required)
• Is confident in your professional role and works in a structured manner
• Has good collaboration skills and a professional approach towards patients and colleagues
• Enjoys varied tasks and independent responsibility
