About the Workplace

The home care service in Håbo municipality provides service, care, and delegated health and medical care in regular housing throughout the municipality.

Your Responsibilities

You should be able to provide individual support to the user in their home. This includes all tasks that the user needs, such as service, care, delegated health and medical tasks, social interaction, shopping, etc. The assignments are based on the decisions made by the assistance officer. Together with your colleagues in the work group, you are responsible for ensuring that users receive what they have been granted within the framework of the decision. Collaboration and cooperation with relatives and close ones should be obvious and important to you, as well as cooperation within and outside the work group, such as with colleagues in home healthcare and rehabilitation. Social documentation, delegated health and medical tasks, and contact person duties are included in the position, as well as the ability to cycle or drive between users.

Qualifications

Care program or equivalent. To be able to move between users, you must be able to cycle and drive a car.

Personal Qualities

You enjoy collaborating and are solution-focused. You should find it easy to establish relationships with others and need to be unpretentious in your approach to others. You have experience working in care and support and good skills in handling phones and computers, which are our daily work tools. Care program or equivalent. Even if you are studying in the care program, you are welcome to apply. To be able to move between users, you must be able to cycle and drive a car. Håbo municipality is a Finnish administrative area, so knowledge of the Finnish language may be an advantage. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
