Planner Wanted

We are now looking for a planner who has experience in home care and administrative work in the Office suite and who wants to help ensure that our clients receive the right services at the right time. Gottsunda home care provides services in Uppsala Municipality with approximately 32 employees. Our base is located at Valthornsvägen 1C, where we share premises with Sunnersta home care. The organization consists of a manager, planners, coordinators, and care staff. The care staff are divided into three smaller teams, and the teams are engaged in the daily planning of clients' services and visits.
Gottsunda home care is a multicultural workplace among both staff and clients. Your Responsibilities
As a planner in home care, you are a key person in the organization, where the main focus is to ensure that our clients receive the right services at the right time. You will have contact with nurses, rehabilitation staff, social workers, relatives, and others. The workday can change quickly due to various unforeseen events, requiring you to reschedule and manage staffing. The position includes home visits. When working as a planner, it is also important to have a good understanding of the complexity of home care. To thrive in this role, you need to enjoy interacting with many people in different types of situations.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who at least has a high school diploma and experience working administratively in the Office suite. To succeed in this role, you need to have experience in home care. It is considered an advantage if you have knowledge of the Lifecare system and understand the significance of time frames. It is also advantageous if you have work experience as a planner in home care. The work requires good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
As a person, you thrive in an administrative role where structure, accuracy, and service are in focus. You are a persistent and responsible person who works methodically and maintains engagement. You ensure that tasks are completed with quality and within given time frames. In this role, you will have many points of contact and are expected to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing. You are attentive and service-oriented in your approach, easily able to understand others' needs and contribute to good collaboration through a respectful and solution-focused attitude. You are also development-oriented and open to new working methods, systems, and routines. With a focus on improvement, you contribute to streamlining administrative processes and supporting the organization in the best way possible. Together with colleagues, you work in a structured, flexible, and professional manner to ensure a well-functioning and reliable administration.
