Welcome to Capio Healthcare Center Simrishamn – where experience meets commitment and everyday life shines!

Here, we have gathered all our knowledge under one roof – and it shows! With a staff of around 40 employees and many years of combined experience in primary care, we are a safe, competent, and cheerful team that together makes a difference for our approximately 9,700 registered patients – every day, throughout their lives.

We are located in newly renovated, bright premises at Simrishamn Hospital, with plenty of parking for those who come by car. Here you will find most things – and a little more! We offer everything from medical consultations, nursing consultations, and district nurse consultations to specialized clinics for asthma/COPD, diabetes, dementia, elderly care, blood pressure, and children. We have our own lab, midwifery clinic, child health center, family center, psychologist, psychotherapist, and dietitian.

And as the icing on the cake, we have a large rehabilitation unit with physiotherapists – and our own pool! Here, there is a buzz of activity, both in the water and on land.

In this role, you will work with the assessment and treatment of patients suffering from mental health issues. In close collaboration with doctors and other healthcare providers, you and your colleagues will provide first-line care to patients with mental and behavioral health problems.

The position includes psychological counseling, diagnostics, and treatment, making you a significant part of our team. We take pride in our flexibility and inspiration in our mission to create the best primary care in Skåne.

You should be comfortable with short treatment series to provide more patients with the opportunity for contact and see the potential in digital treatment methods.

You will meet patients both physically, through regular consultations, and digitally via video, chat, and phone. Your daily work will be varied thanks to our well-developed digiphysical working methods, which give you great flexibility in your work.

You should be a licensed psychologist and be confident in both person and profession, as well as have a good understanding of the purpose and working methods of primary care. It is advantageous if you have previous experience working in primary care and have competence and interest in ACT.

You are used to working independently and maintaining a high medical quality. We appreciate that you are responsible and have good organizational skills. You enjoy challenges and want to be involved in the development of the healthcare center.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability, where personal maturity, integrity, and collaboration skills are important qualities.
