Job Description

We are looking for a management leader responsible for stable operation and effective management of the organization's finance-related systems. The role involves operational responsibility for the existing environment as well as strategic responsibility for establishing a future management organization in connection with the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Responsibilities

The role is central to the organization's transition from project phase to long-term management. Responsibilities include:

• Planning and control: Prioritizing management activities and proactive work ahead of critical periods such as year-end closing.
• Incident and vendor management: Operational coordination of support deliveries and responsibility for relationships with external vendors.
• Strategic work: Participation in procurement and establishment of a new management partner as well as designing management processes for the new ERP platform.
• Process development: Ensuring that the system support meets the business requirements through effective handling of change requests (Change Management).

Mandatory Requirements

• Several years of experience in management within ERP, financial systems, or equivalent.
• Very good understanding of financial processes, including accounting, year-end closing, invoice management, payments, and master data.
• Documented experience of ITIL-based processes (Incident, Problem, Change).
• Experience in coordinating external vendors and participating in procurement processes.
• Good knowledge of ERP architecture and integration flows.

Personal Qualities

We are looking for a team member who works process-oriented and independently. The role requires a solution-oriented approach and the ability to identify risks in good time. You possess a holistic perspective on financial flows and have good communication skills to create collaboration between business and IT vendors.
