We are seeking a candidate with 1–5 years of experience in Business Controlling, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a comparable business-focused education

• Fluent in English; Swedish is an advantage but not required

• Strong skills in SAP and Excel are highly valued

• You are well-organized, efficient, and thrive in a team-oriented environment

• You are driven by continuous improvement and enjoy contributing to the development of your area of responsibility

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze and monitor profit and loss (P&L) performance and key KPIs within your scope (such as Absorption, SG&A, and Gross Profit)

• Present financial results clearly and transparently to management

• Support monthly closing, budgeting, and forecasting activities for the site and business unit

• Work closely with Business Analysts and other commercial functions across the global organization, providing financial support and insights

• Contribute to the development and digitalization of financial processes
