Do you want to work with a business that is both highly relevant, socially significant, and clearly value-creating for customers in an HR-tech company? ToFindOut is now looking for a Sales Executive focused on new customer sales and business development.
Background checks have quickly become an obvious and appreciated part of modern HR and security processes. Demand is rising rapidly, and our clients see a clear business value in what we deliver. You are selling a service that is relevant, current, and clearly linked to the customer's risk management and decision-making.
About the role
As a Sales Executive at ToFindOut, you drive the sales process from start to finish. This means you are independently responsible for the entire sales process: prospecting, processing, booking meetings, customer meetings and presentations, quotes, contracts – and then continued ownership of customer dialogue as the account manager for your own customer portfolio.
The role has a clear new business focus but is very close to a classic Key Account Manager role. You build long-term customer relationships, develop business over time, and work closely with both Customer Success and more senior Key Account Managers. For the right person, there is a natural development path towards Key Account Manager or more strategic business responsibility.
You report to the commercial manager and work in a flat organization where decision-making paths are short, and where each individual's results and contributions are clearly visible.
Your responsibilities
- Prospecting and new customer acquisition (B2B)
- Identify and contact relevant decision-makers
- Book, conduct, and lead customer meetings and presentations
- Drive the entire sales process from first contact to contract
- Prepare quotes and manage contract discussions
- Own and develop your own customer portfolio over time
- Work structured towards set goals and KPIs
- Document and follow up on deals in CRM

ToFindOut is an HR-tech company with about 30 employees and a clear growth agenda. We are located in modern premises at Norra Bantorget and are moving in mid-March to new offices at Hötorget. Our clients are large and well-known organizations across several industries. Sales often occur in dialogue with HR managers, security managers, and lawyers, which places high demands on professionalism, trust, and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Some form of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, and/or appointment booking is a requirement
- A university degree, KY/YH education, or equivalent in sales is highly meritorious
- Students are welcome to apply (at least 50% availability)
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Very good social and communication skills
