Do you want to combine studies with a long-term part-time job where you get to help customers over the phone every day and develop your service skills? At Academic Work, we are now looking for engaged and service-oriented individuals for Entercard!

ABOUT THE POSITION

In the role of customer service representative at Entercard, you will answer incoming calls from private customers primarily regarding card-related issues. The majority of the calls involve helping customers with questions about their cards, such as problems with functioning cards, PIN codes, invoices, and installment payments. During the summer, you will have the opportunity to further develop your skills and become an even more comprehensive part of the team. You will work at Entercard's state-of-the-art and centrally located office on Klarabergsgatan and be part of a welcoming and motivating team.

Onboarding and training will take place in January where you will learn about Entercard's products and procedures. To thrive in the role, you should be prepared for a lot of information during the introduction – but also receive good support and guidance so you can quickly get into the work.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

  • Receive calls and support customers regarding questions about their cards.
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding PIN codes, credit limits, invoice questions, and installment payments.
  • To a lesser extent, manage card blocks and simpler ongoing customer knowledge.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Is a student at the post-secondary level with at least two years left of studies.
  • Can work 1–2 shifts a week long-term, preferably Mondays.
  • Has the opportunity to work full-time for 6–8 weeks during the summer (most of July and August).
  • Has some experience with customer contact (e.g., from cafes, stores, or similar).
  • Has very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

To thrive in the role, we see that you are service-oriented, communicative, and have a professional approach in all customer contacts. You easily absorb new information and can handle a fast-paced environment. Furthermore, you are responsible, solution-oriented, and enjoy working in a structured manner.

Other

  • Start: January.
  • Scope: Part-time, 1–2 shifts/week, more during the introduction.
  • Working hours: Approximately 09:00–18:00 (half-days may occur).
  • Schedule: Typically set monthly.
  • Location: Work takes place on-site at the office (after summer, some remote work may be possible).

Our recruitment process

This recruitment process is handled by Academic Work, and our client's request is that all questions regarding the position be sent to Academic Work.

We apply rolling selection and will take down the ad when enough candidates have reached the final stages of the recruitment process. When applying, a CV is requested. We do not use a cover letter as a selection method, so it does not need to be attached. As a candidate, you bear the main responsibility for ensuring that your application is complete when submitted. The recruitment process includes two selection tests: a personality test and a cognitive ability test. The tests are a tool to find the candidate with the highest potential for the position and to promote equality, diversity, and a fair recruitment process.

For our part-time positions, you as an applicant need to have another main occupation of at least 50%. Examples of this include studies, another employment, self-employment, parental leave, or similar.
