Senior Technical Roles in Business-Critical IT Environments

Brief Summary of the Role

One of our clients is looking for several technical profiles for consulting assignments in business-critical IT and platform environments in Sweden. The assignments involve work with development, operations, automation, and technical support in complex systems with high demands for stability, security, and availability. Roles, responsibilities, and focus will be adapted based on skills and experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsibilities vary depending on the role and assignment and may include:
• Operations, management, and further development of technical platforms
• Automation of technical flows and processes
• System and backend development
• Integration between various IT systems and services
• Troubleshooting, incident management, and technical support at L2/L3 level
• Collaboration with development, operations, architecture, and business

Roles and Competency Requirements

TechServices IT is seeking several technical profiles for consulting assignments. Below are examples of roles and the competencies requested within each focus area. You are not expected to meet all, the focus is on your main competencies.

DevOps Engineer / Infrastructure / Platform

Requested Competencies:

• Experience with Linux and server environments
• Automation, CI/CD, or platform operations
• Understanding of operations, monitoring, and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with working in business-critical or larger IT environments
• At least 3 years of relevant experience

System Developer / Backend Developer

Requested Competencies:

• Experience in system or backend development
• Working with integrations between systems
• Understanding of how applications function in operations
• Experience with larger system landscapes
• At least 3 years of relevant experience

Integration Specialist

Requested Competencies:

• Experience with system integrations
• Working with APIs, data flows, or message handling
• Analytical skills and troubleshooting in integration flows
• Understanding of both development and operations
• At least 3 years of relevant experience

Application Specialist / L2 Support

Requested Competencies:

• Experience in application operations or technical support at L2/L3 level
• Incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
• Good system understanding and structured working methods
• Experience working in environments with high availability requirements
• At least 3 years of relevant experience

Technical Specialist / Product or Platform-Related Role

Requested Competencies:

• Experience in a technical responsibility or specialist role
• Ability to work systematically with requirements, analysis, and documentation
• Familiarity with complex IT environments
• Understanding of business-critical technical platforms
• At least 3 years of relevant experience

Common Requirements (All Roles)

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in IT
• Experience working in complex or business-critical IT environments
• Ability to work independently in consulting assignments
• Swedish and English in speech and writing
• Requirement to undergo security clearance according to applicable regulations and at least 3 years of residency in Sweden

Meritorious

• Experience in automation, CI/CD, or platform operations
• Programming or scripting skills
• Experience in change, incident, or problem management
• Previous work in roles with high technical responsibility
