Employment: Extra as needed via Barona
Location: Stockholm, Solna & Sundbyberg

Are you studying or do you have another main occupation and are looking for a flexible part-time job in IT? Then this could be a great opportunity for you to build experience in IT support and onsite work.

As an Onsite Technician, you will work on-site at our clients in the Stockholm area. The role is extra as needed and involves supporting the regular IT staff when the need arises. This makes the position well-suited to combine with studies or other work.

The work is varied and gives you the opportunity to work broadly within IT support. You assist users in their daily tasks and work with everything from installations to troubleshooting both hardware and software. You will receive a proper introduction and be familiarized with the clients' systems and routines before you start working independently.

• Installation, troubleshooting, and support of hardware and software
• Handling of computers, mobile phones, and accessories
• Ensuring that conference rooms and meeting technology are functioning
• Support for printers and digital signage
• “Smart hands” tasks and basic inventory management
• Providing user support and instructions on-site

• Is studying or has another main occupation and can work extra as needed
• Has an interest in IT and technology
• Is service-oriented and enjoys interacting with users
• Is detail-oriented, self-driven, and responsible
• Has good administrative skills

We place great importance on personality, but education in IT/technology/networking and previous experience are advantageous.
