This is what you will do with us

• Further develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for operations, finance, and staffing
• Create new reports and visualizations based on business needs
• Work closely with the business to develop smart BI solutions that support decision-making
• Collaborate with the business to define and develop KPIs, processes, and decision support
• Work closely with data engineers and others in the team to ensure data quality, relevant models, and effective decision support

Your team and workplace

You will be part of a team with architects, data engineers, and technical project managers. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the business, such as controllers, project managers, and operational managers – contributing to the development of data-driven decision support that enables better insights and decisions. You will be based at the headquarters in Danderyd, with the possibility of remote work.

More about you

We are looking for someone who combines technical depth with analytical understanding and a pedagogical approach. You have excellent knowledge of Power BI and experience in building reports for decision support, preferably in environments with multiple data sources. You understand relational databases, SQL, and data modeling, and have the ability to translate complex data into insightful and useful visualizations.

The role requires you to be independent, take initiative, and enjoy driving issues from needs to delivery. As a person, you are analytical, communicative, and have a strong personal drive.
