Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Architect to work with analysis and modeling of stakeholders, business, processes, and information. The role involves contributing to the development of complex solutions that support the business's goals and strategies. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that the architecture aligns with business needs and creates value for the organization.

Responsibilities

• Perform business analysis and modeling of processes, information flows, and stakeholders.
• Develop and document architecture principles and guidelines.
• Ensure that solutions align with business goals and strategies.
• Support projects and initiatives by providing architectural documentation and recommendations.
• Participate in workshops and dialogues with business and IT.

Qualifications

Must-Have Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience working with solution, business, and information architecture.
• High competence in the role of Business Architect.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for areas of expertise.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Desirable Experience

• Experience as a business architect in the healthcare sector.
• Experience with Business Intelligence systems.
• Experience with identity and access management systems.
• Experience with integration work and data collection services.
• Experience with procurement according to LOU (e.g., RFI and tender processes).
