The Nursing Care Clinic is part of the Healthcare Center in Finspång, which also includes Rehab Finspång, Finspång Health Center, Finspång Municipality's short-term accommodation, Women's Health, Psychiatric Clinic, pharmacy, and a reception hotel.

The Nursing Care Clinic consists of a care department for medical and geriatric care, orthopedic and surgical aftercare. The clinic also has a LAH operation, a joint night organization with the municipality, a children's and youth clinic, and specialist clinics with doctors and nurses. Many different professions work at the clinic as part of the team to create value for the patient.

Job Description

In the role of clinic administrator, you will provide administrative support to the clinic managers, a business manager, and a care unit manager. Your tasks will include physician staffing, including TESSA administration. You will be a control function, perform bookings, orders, and purchases, as well as meeting and clinic documentation/administration.

You will also be responsible for the reception hotel regarding bookings, coordination, and parking. You will also have some assignments for the entire Healthcare Center, such as cars and parking. Some journal documentation/dictation writing may occur.

About You

You are a trained healthcare administrator/medical secretary or equivalent. Good computer skills are a basic requirement.

We are looking for someone with experience in administration where order and structure, combined with a high level of service, are a given. Previous experience in healthcare, such as a healthcare administrator, is an advantage.

You are a accommodating and solution-focused person who can work independently and take the initiative for tasks that need to be performed while also collaborating with others at the clinic and at the Healthcare Center in Finspång. You carry out the assignment with precision and in a structured manner, you are flexible and can prioritize when new or other tasks need to be handled. Personal suitability is of great importance.
