to apply for the job

At Jägersrohälsan, we have built a modern clinic with the patient in focus and a clear goal: to create a place where the patient feels safe, welcome, and taken seriously – regardless of why they seek us out.

Here, you understand and accept that we are here for the patient and that we, for example, call back when it suits the patients, not the other way around.

Jägersrohälsan is a relatively new healthcare center that opened in the fall of 2023 on behalf of Region Skåne. We are located in spacious premises in Jägersro where medical consultations have been conducted for many years. Already after one year of operation, we were ranked third best in Malmö in the National Patient Survey - now we aim to be among the top five in Skåne!

In September, we opened a child health clinic with the whole family in focus, and in February we will also open a midwifery clinic where women's health and lifestyle are at the center. We are now looking for a physiotherapist or physical therapist with active LOF or just starting out, who can work with our patients' physical health and musculoskeletal system together with us and further develop our operations!

With us, collaboration and the competence of each professional group are emphasized. The team consists of experienced nurses, general practitioners, physiotherapists, nursing assistants, psychologists, social workers, occupational therapists, and dietitians – all experts in their fields.

About the position

In your role as a physiotherapist, you will run your own practice while having a close connection to our clinic and our common goals. With us, you will meet patients of various ages and life situations, where you will work with assessments, functional evaluations, rehabilitation, counseling, and individualized treatment plans.

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in people's mobility and recovery, who shows strong empathy, instills trust, and communicates clearly. You work independently but also thrive in a team where different professions collaborate with the patient's best interest as the primary focus.

We believe in a collaboration where everyone wins – the patient, you, and the organization. By sharing premises, resources, and knowledge, we create a flexible and modern healthcare environment based on trust and shared responsibility. We offer access to consultation rooms, reception, waiting areas, and staff areas at a favorable price, as well as the opportunity to receive our patients as part of your own practice. You will also have access to our existing physiotherapy expertise and a supportive team around you.

Start date is according to agreement. As long as the ad is posted, there is an opportunity to become part of our team and contribute to something that continues to grow – together with you.

You are responsible for:

  • Conducting assessments, functional analyses, and individual treatment plans

  • Carrying out rehabilitation, treatment, and counseling based on evidence-based methods.

  • Independent work in your own practice with planning and follow-up of your own patient visits.

  • Documentation

Your competence:

For us, it is a given that we help each other with our common goal, which is why we are looking for you who are self-driven, flexible, responsible, unpretentious, and have excellent collaborative skills in addition to putting your patients first. You need to be confident in your role and see the importance of a professional team that complements each other towards a common goal.

You must share our values regarding patient safety, accessibility, integrity, infection control, and emergency preparedness.

  • Requirement for Swedish license as a physical therapist or physiotherapist

  • Requirement for registered practice within LOF

  • Experience with the PMO journal system is an advantage

We offer:

  • A close collaboration with a modern healthcare center in growth where the patient is always in focus

  • A work environment characterized by unpretentiousness, commitment, and shared responsibility – where we share premises and expertise

  • The opportunity to run your own practice in a safe and established environment with access to consultation rooms, reception, waiting areas, and staff areas

  • A flexible collaboration form where you control your setup but at the same time become a natural part of our team

  • Values that we as a healthcare provider adhere to and that you as healthcare personnel can be proud of
