We are now looking for a dedicated salesperson for Värnamo, who is passionate about creating outstanding customer experiences and building long-lasting relationships with our customers.
About the Role
As a salesperson with us, your primary task is to help our customers find their dream car. You will work with both new and used passenger cars, as well as offer additional services such as financing and service agreements. To succeed in this role, it is important that you are driven to create value for the customer and that you work proactively with sales, both in the showroom and through outreach sales. Weekend work is included as part of the schedule, as we strive to be available for our customers when they need us the most.
Your main responsibilities include:
Advising and selling new and used Toyota passenger cars
Offering service agreements, financing solutions, and insurance
Proactive contact with customers via phone, email, and other channels
Participation in customer events and activities to strengthen customer relationships
Valuation and pricing of trade-in cars and ensuring the condition of the vehicles
Maintenance and organization in the showroom to ensure the best possible customer experience
Who are you?
We are looking for someone with previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry or a similar field. You have a strong customer focus, are attentive, and have the ability to create long-lasting relationships. You are also a team player who thrives in a family-oriented work environment where you have the opportunity to develop both professionally and personally. You have a B driver's license and good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as high digital competence.
