I am looking for a female personal assistant to join my team in Dalby!

I am seeking someone who appreciates working in a stable team and wants to provide high-quality assistance.

I am a 35-year-old woman with Rett syndrome. I live in my own ground-floor apartment in Dalby with a small garden. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends, swimming, and engaging in other activities that make life enjoyable. You could say I am somewhat of a life enthusiast.

You will be a support for me in everything related to daily life. The position involves both home assistance and support during leisure activities and travel. I train to walk continuously to maintain my mobility but use a wheelchair and aids when necessary.

Excursions and overnight stays are part of the job. It is important that you have a calm personality with a strong work ethic, as working alone is a significant part of the assistance. A cheerful demeanor and positive attitude are also important.

It is an advantage if you have a driver's license, category B, as I have my own car (an automatic) that you will drive during work. I need your help to communicate with the outside world, so it is crucial that you speak and write Swedish fluently.

I only want female applicants and non-smokers.

There are available day shifts and night shifts on a rolling 4-week schedule. Night shifts include sleeping on duty. The position is approximately 36%.

If you can step in during acute vacancies in the middle of the week, that is certainly an advantage; we all help each other!
