We offer work in five different operations where you have the opportunity to make a difference:

• VoB Gillersgården, Hällefors.
• VoB Fyrklövern, Hällefors.
• Home care Sörgården, Grythyttan.
• Home care Björkhaga, Hällefors.
• Home care Helheten, Hällefors.

Together, we create memorable moments for our care recipients and contribute to their well-being. With us, you will have the chance to develop as a person and make a real difference.

Examples of tasks:

• Provide assistance with personal care, meals, and cleaning.
• Create security and joy through conversations, activities, and a warm approach.
• Administer medication and other interventions as delegated by licensed personnel.
• Use Intraphone for planning (for home care) and Viva for documentation.
• Provide support based on each care recipient's needs and unique circumstances.

Qualifications

Personal qualities

We are looking for you who:

• Are positive, responsible, cooperative, and have empathetic abilities.
• Are attentive and respectful in meetings with care recipients, relatives, and colleagues.
• Have the ability to work both independently and in a team.

Requirements

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You can read, document, and communicate in Swedish.
• You have basic computer skills.
• A driving license (B) is required for certain positions.

Meritorious

• Experience in elderly care or similar work.
• High school education in health and care.
• Experience in documenting in digital systems.

Roles and salary range

Care Assistant

As a care assistant, you follow implementation plans and support care recipients in daily tasks such as personal care, meals, and activities. You create security and contribute to a meaningful everyday life.

Salary for full-time: from 23,638 SEK/month

Assistant Nurse

As an assistant nurse, you have greater responsibility within care work. You follow implementation plans, perform delegated health and medical care interventions, and work more independently in daily care tasks.

Salary for full-time: from 25,798 SEK/month

Additional requirements for assistant nurses: Assistant nurse education (mandatory). Professional certificate must be presented upon employment.

Conditions

Working hours are scheduled and include days, evenings, weekends, and for certain positions, also awake nights. You work according to municipal agreements that provide secure and fair conditions.

Before employment, we require an extract from the Police's criminal record ("Extract to check your own information"). Order the extract before any interview. Remarks may affect your ability to be employed. If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, or the EEA, you need to have a valid work permit to be employed.

Work period and employment duration

The summer period runs from week 25 to 33. The length of employment varies depending on the needs of the operation and your availability, and may include all or part of the summer period.
