About the assignment:

A teenage girl with NPF diagnoses who has a lot of "energy and flair". Loves animals - would like to visit a nearby 4H farm. At home, she enjoys listening to music, playing instruments, and loves it when someone plays guitar/piano with her. She also likes going to the playground, swinging, and jumping on a trampoline.

She needs support to initiate activities and to continue with them, focusing on them for a longer period. She is delayed in gross motor skills development and expresses herself in 3-word sentences.

The family wants you to start at home and then go out for an activity, 3 - 4 hours at a time during weekends.

Your qualifications:

You should be pedagogical and have some experience with NPF diagnoses, either through other work or personal experience. Preferably a woman aged 30+ with some drive, energetic, alert, and able to keep up with her pace. You are welcome to bring a dog sometimes and should be able to play guitar and/or piano, which is available at home.

About the position:

13 hours/month. Start as soon as possible.

As an escort, you accompany a client with a disability on various activities. This may involve walks, shopping, visiting museums, or perhaps having a coffee. As a respite provider, you relieve relatives, for example, a child with a disability at home or in the local area. This can be to give parents some personal time with other siblings.
