At Basal Home Healthcare, we work on behalf of health centers and family doctor clinics when they are closed – evenings, nights, and weekends. Our teams are based in five geographical locations in Stockholm County. Aleris Basal Home Healthcare is part of Aleris Närsjukvård, which also includes ASIH, two specialized palliative care wards, Rehab Station, and Uppsala Närakut.

As a nursing assistant with us, you work under the delegation of a nurse. Your tasks include:

• Medication administration

• Insulin, tube feeding, stoma care, and inhalation

• Basic wound care

You document in the journal system TakeCare and use Epsilon for planning work shifts. You always have the support of an administrative team that helps structure the work.

Our offices are located in Bromma, Sollentuna, and Ekerö, and the patients are within a defined geographical area. Travel between patient visits is done with our environmentally classified cars. Working hours are scheduled for weekends.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a trained nursing assistant with a protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare

• Has experience with delegated tasks

• Has good computer skills and experience with Epsilon and the journal system TakeCare

• Holds a Category B driver's license

• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you have previous experience in home healthcare. You are independent, responsible, and confident in handling changing situations. You work systematically even at a higher pace and always have the patient's best interests in focus.

• Employment type: Permanent, starting with a 6-month probationary period
