Rensättra Preschool is located in a picturesque villa area in Saltsjö-Boo. Our preschool consists of four departments in two house wings, with groups for younger (1–3 years) and older children (3–5 years). The preschool is surrounded by forest and has a lovely yard that we use extensively in our pedagogy.

We work based on an exploratory pedagogy inspired by Reggio Emilia, focusing on gender awareness, participation, and learning for both children and adults. Rensättra is part of Vi som Växer, a preschool operation that values engagement, quality, and joy at work.

We are looking for dedicated Childcare Workers. You will be an important part of our team and contribute to creating a safe and inspiring environment for the children on the days you substitute.

Working hours vary during the day from Monday to Friday. We offer a warm welcome and ensure that you receive the introduction you need to feel secure in your role.

We are looking for someone who:

Wants to work with preschool-aged children
Is flexible, responsible, and enjoys stepping in on different departments in the preschool
Has a warm and professional approach towards both children, colleagues, and guardians
Wants to contribute to a positive climate and learning in everyday life
