About the role

We are looking for an experienced project manager for our initiative on solar panels and battery solutions for businesses. Here you will have the opportunity to lead large-scale projects that truly make a difference for both customers and the climate, while building a successful career.

As a project manager, you will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from planning and startup to execution and inspection. You are comfortable participating in construction meetings, being on-site at projects, and ensuring that work progresses according to plan. You will monitor time, budget, and quality, ensure compliance with safety regulations and workplace requirements, and interpret construction documents and contracts, including as-built documents, snow and wind load calculations, and fire safety documentation.

We see that you have:

• Several years of experience in the solar industry

• Documented experience in managing larger projects

• Experience leading teams both in the office and on-site

• BAS-P/U training

• Good knowledge in preparing project budgets and follow-ups

• Ability to analyze and interpret construction documents and contracts

• Fluency in Swedish and English

You are self-driven and can push projects forward, while also being confident in making decisions and providing clear guidelines on-site. You can lead and engage the team in a way that creates motivation and builds trust with the customer. Additionally, we are looking for someone who:

• Enjoys close collaboration with customers, other project managers, technicians, the C&I department, salespeople who sold the project, and the installation team including electricians

• Is solution-oriented, flexible, and accustomed to traveling to project sites

• Is driven to achieve goals, deliver results, and create satisfied customers
