Do you want to help create a safe, meaningful, and developing everyday life for people within LSS? We are now looking for an engaged and structured team leader for our daily operations in Båstad Municipality. As a team leader, you will play a central role in leading the daily work, ensuring quality in the operations, and working closely with the users.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and leading the daily work in the operations. You will lead and plan the work in the groups based on the users' needs and ensure that the operations run smoothly and professionally. An important part of the role is to participate in the practical work alongside the users, contribute to the establishment and follow-up of implementation plans according to IBIC, and document in the operational system. You will follow up on daily routines, staffing, and activities, manage any deviations, and work for a good work environment where both users and employees thrive and develop.

You will have close dialogue with the unit manager and act as a link between employees and management. You will mentor and introduce new employees and substitutes, disseminate information, and ensure that routines are followed in daily operations. The role also includes participating in, and sometimes leading, work meetings and contributing ideas for improvements in work methods, premises, and aids.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with education in care and social services, social work, pedagogy, or other equivalent background. A pedagogical education/background is an advantage, for example, support pedagogue. You have several years of experience working within LSS and daily operations or a similar target group, and you feel confident documenting, planning, and following up work according to IBIC. You have good digital competence and are accustomed to using operational systems and administrative tools.

You have experience in work leadership or team leadership, and if you have in-depth knowledge in areas such as neuropsychiatry, cognitive support, sensory environment, or clarifying pedagogy, that is a plus. We see you as a clear and present leader with a good ability to prioritize, structure, and create engagement in daily life. You find it easy to collaborate, build trust within the group, and have a strong ethical approach where respect for self-determination, integrity, and equal treatment are fundamental principles.

A driving license is a requirement (preferably manual).

The position is a permanent full-time employment with a start date by agreement. The placement is within daily operations, LSS, in Båstad Municipality.
