Part-time Finance Assistant Wanted

Are you a finance assistant looking for a part-time assignment where you can work broadly and take responsibility in an engaging workplace? We are now seeking a meticulous and structured individual for a long-term consulting assignment at 50%.

About the Position

As a finance assistant with our client, you will have an outgoing and communicative role focused on invoice management, administration, and reporting. The work is varied and requires a good ability to prioritize, especially during month-end closings. Furthermore, you will be involved in improvement work and the development of work routines. In your role, you will have many points of contact and take independent responsibility for your areas.

This is a long-term consulting assignment via SJR at 50%, located in pleasant offices in central Gothenburg. The work is on-site and starts relatively soon.

Suitable Background

We are looking for someone who is long-term interested in a 50% position. To take on this role, you need to have experience with finance tasks and be able to communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written. You thrive in a communicative role with many points of contact where you independently drive your work forward. You are also skilled in business systems and comfortable with Excel. Experience with customer contact and supportive functions is an advantage.
