The HR department is a central function in the company and works both strategically and operationally to support the organization in its continued growth.
We are now looking for an HR Process Lead – a key role for those who want to combine structure, development, and a people focus in a business-oriented environment.
As HR Process Lead, you will have overall responsibility for developing, coordinating, and ensuring the quality of Q Security's HR processes. You will work closely with the CEO and the operational manager, acting as the link between strategic HR work and daily support for the business. The role is broad, independent, and offers significant scope to influence how HR should function in a modern security company.
Your main responsibilities
Provide first-line HR support to employees and managers via phone and email
Be responsible for and further develop central HR processes, routines, and policies
Support managers in labor law, leadership, rehabilitation, and development conversations
Work with collective agreements, scheduling, and payroll management
Drive and participate in internal HR projects related to ISO systems, management structure, and competence development
Actively contribute to building and further developing Q Security's culture, values, and internal communication
Has education in HR, personnel science, or equivalent relevant experience
Has good knowledge of labor law and collective agreements, preferably from the Security Companies
Has experience in payroll management and scheduling
Is used to working independently and enjoys a role with both operational responsibility and development focus
Works in a structured manner, has high integrity, and a genuine commitment to people
Experience from the security industry or another service-intensive business is an advantage
