In the role of Tender Manager, you have the overall strategic and commercial responsibility for our tender work. You drive the proactive tender and procurement efforts forward in close collaboration with portfolio managers and other key functions, with the goal of winning more and more profitable contracts.

The role combines strategic thinking, business acumen, and analysis with operational leadership. You will lead the tender work for our most important customers and be a central force in developing and improving our methods, processes, and tools within the tender work. The role also includes personnel responsibility, with one employee reporting directly to you.

Your main responsibilities

🧯 Develop and drive the company's overall tender and bidding strategy.

🧯Work proactively and commercially alone or together with

portfolio managers to increase the win rate in procurements.

🧯Lead and be responsible for the tender work towards our strategically most important customers

🧯Analyze procurement results, competition, and the market to identify improvement and business opportunities.

🧯Continuously drive improvement work within tender processes, structure, and methods.

🧯Ensure business, legal, and commercial perspectives in the tenders.

🧯Be a key contact for internal and external stakeholders.

We are looking for someone who is analytical, business-driven, and strategic, with a strong commercial understanding.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

🧩Experience in strategic tender or procurement work

🧩5 years of documented experience within LOU/LUF

🧩Strong business and analytical skills

🧩Ability to work proactively and drive change

🧩 Excellent collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally

🧩Experience leading complex tender processes and important customer dialogues

🧩Excellent communication and presentation skills
