The rehab team is based in shared office premises at Källbogården and consists of three teams that work according to geographical areas, including independent living, short-term accommodation, and special accommodations. The geographical areas are Surahammar, Ramnäs, and Virsbo.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for you who want to help develop rehabilitation within the municipality's areas of operation.

You will be part of the rehab team where your tasks mainly consist of physiotherapeutic assessments, treatments, and training, assistive device trials, as well as guidance and education of staff and relatives.

In our shared office premises at Källbogården, we have opportunities, including our own training facility.

The rehab team consists of three teams, and each team consists of an occupational therapist and a physiotherapist.

We are divided into a team that works towards Ramnäs/Virsbo as a whole, and the other teams have their own focus on either special accommodations or home healthcare. This position is mainly located within Surahammar, but we help each other across the board based on patients' needs.

We place great emphasis on teamwork together with, among others, nurses and care staff.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are a licensed physiotherapist. As a person, you are professional, have a good attitude, good teamwork skills, and are flexible. You are also structured and can communicate clearly.

We prefer that you have experience in municipal operations and documentation in Cosmic. We also welcome newly graduated physiotherapists, as we place great importance on personal suitability.

Surahammar Municipality is a Finnish administrative area, and proficiency in Finnish in speech and writing is an advantage.

A driver's license is required as the position involves travel between the municipality's three urban areas. A company car is available for travel in the position.
