As a Paid Social Media Specialist at Våning 18 in Halmstad, you will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and analyzing social media campaigns that drive results for our clients.

You will plan, optimize, and analyze campaigns on platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and Snapchat. You will ensure that the right target audiences are reached and that the campaigns generate maximum return on investment. A central part of the role is to build strong client relationships and communicate insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, set up, and optimize campaigns on social platforms
• Analyze results and identify optimization opportunities
• A/B test ads, target audiences, and creative concepts
• Work closely with creators for engaging ad content
• Implement AI-driven processes for efficiency
• Analyze and report results to clients

We are looking for someone who

• Has solid experience in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising
• Has a deep understanding of audience segmentation
• Can interpret data in Google Analytics
• Has good communication skills and enjoys client contact
• Is structured and can manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with TikTok, LinkedIn, or Snapchat Ads
• Knowledge of creative production for social media
• Interest in AI and automation in performance marketing
• Google Ads certification
