Job Description
As a Polar, you make a difference for the youth of Nacka! Together with your colleagues and a youth coordinator, you work to create safety. In the Polar Team, you actively work to counteract the use of alcohol and other drugs. The goal is for Nacka to be a calm and safe place for everyone, where you are an ambassador for all the young people you meet!
We are a total of about 15 Polars and 5 youth coordinators. We are a team that is divided into two groups before each work shift. You will work weekends according to a schedule.

Who You Are
You are a youth between 17-19 years old (born in 2008 or 2009), registered and living in Nacka, and you can apply in the year you turn 17. As a person, you are responsible, positive, social, and solution-focused. You enjoy working in a team and can easily follow instructions.
Criminal Record Extract

About the Trusted Role
You will be accepted into the trusted role for one year. You can be extended if you have demonstrated very good work.
About the Recruitment Process
- Submit your application by March 1.
- In your application, briefly tell us about yourself and why you want to become a Polar.
- When the application period ends, a first selection will be made. After that, the candidates we have selected will be invited to an information meeting and group interview on March 11.
- After that, those who proceed will be invited to individual interviews.
- You will be notified if you have been selected for the Polar role in April/May 2026.
