About the Job

We are looking for a senior fullstack developer for a project in future energy solutions where AI is a central part of the product. The role involves significant technical and strategic responsibility, with the opportunity to influence both architecture, technology choices, and the final product.

The assignment takes place in a fast-paced environment with short decision-making paths, where your expertise has a direct impact on product development. You will work on solutions that optimize energy management, monitor smart grids, and contribute to sustainable technology that affects critical societal functions.

Responsibilities

As a senior fullstack developer in the team, you will work on:

• Development and further development of AI-based systems for energy management and smart grids

• The entire development process, from concept and design to implementation, testing, and delivery

• Collaboration with customers, internal teams, and other stakeholders to create effective and sustainable solutions

• Technical problem-solving and expert support in complex and dynamic environments

• Driving technical improvements, optimizing workflows, and contributing to long-term system architecture

The role involves responsibility for quality, security, and performance in the solutions, with the opportunity to shape technical strategies and influence the direction of the product.

Qualifications (Requirements)

• Post-secondary education in computer science, systems development, or equivalent

• At least 3 years of experience in software development, preferably with AI components

• Very good knowledge of Python

• Good knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript

• Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes

• Knowledge of Rust is a plus

• Experience with AI and/or machine learning projects

Meritorious

• Experience in development within energy technology, IoT, or industrial digital solutions

• Experience in fullstack projects covering both frontend and backend

• Experience working closely with customers with direct impact on product and delivery

• Knowledge of modern development methods such as DevOps and CI/CD
