Are you looking to develop and learn more about customer service in the finance industry? We are now seeking several customer service representatives for our client's new customer service department in Stockholm, starting immediately. Here you will have the opportunity to grow, develop, and contribute to a team that is building customer service from the ground up.
About our clientOur client is an established and successful financial institution with a strong market position. The company values security, quality, and care, both for customers and employees, and is now focusing on increasing customer service presence in Stockholm.
Your roleAs a customer service representative, you are the first point of contact for customers. You handle inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels, ensuring that each customer receives a professional response. The work includes:
Assisting customers with questions about services and products
Handling more complex cases and inquiries
Providing customers with tips and advice on solutions that can ease their experience
Registration, follow-up, and documentation of cases in internal systems
Supporting customers in digital services and platforms
As part of the new department, you will be there from the start and help create a stable and well-functioning customer service. You will work closely with colleagues and leaders in a positive and supportive environment where everyone contributes to development.
We are looking for someone whoEnjoys providing good service and helping others
Is curious, wants to develop, and has a strong desire to learn
Is comfortable on the phone and enjoys customer contact
Ideally has previous experience in customer service or service work, preferably in finance
Is social, positive, and good at collaborating
Is meticulous, responsible, and flexible
Clear introduction and training; you will learn everything you need
Support and coaching from experienced colleagues and leaders

Full-time, regular office hours Monday to Friday in central Stockholm
