Björkstaden Beställningscentral AB is an order center for taxi and community-funded transport and currently operates taxi services in Umeå, Kalix, Luleå, Nordmaling, Robertsfors, Vindeln, Vännäs, and Örnsköldsvik municipalities. The group has approximately 200 employees and about 110 vehicles.

The position of traffic leader/customer service representative is stationed in Umeå. The position is 75-100%. Please indicate in your application what extent you desire.

We are now looking for a new employee for our traffic management who wants to be part of our team. The position includes traffic management tasks, receptionist tasks, customer service tasks, as well as administrative tasks. We are open 24/7, all year round. The position has a shift schedule, which means that you must be able to have varying working hours, including evenings and weekends. Currently, for example, you are scheduled every other weekend.

We will place great importance on personality since we work very closely together and it is important that one functions well in a group. It is also a fundamental quality to be able to collaborate to make the workdays run smoothly, but it is also important to feel secure in being able to work independently and make your own decisions.

We are looking for someone who has a good ability to keep their spirits up and finds it exciting to have a challenging task where one is truly the spider in the web.

The main task is to manage the vehicle fleet, as well as to receive and respond to bookings, questions, etc., from our customers and employees. The task is more advanced than a traditional customer service representative role but can also be perceived as significantly more stimulating as the tasks are varied and a bit more advanced.

We see these qualities in the person we are looking for.

- You are stress-resistant and can handle multiple cases/tasks simultaneously.

- You are organized and have an easy time structuring things. Being able to plan and organize is crucial.

- You have good computer skills. It is beneficial if you are proficient in Office and are used to working on a computer.

- You can work independently and take responsibility, but also function as part of a team.

- You enjoy working in a service-oriented manner and with customer contact.

- You can work different times of the day, from early mornings to late nights, weekdays as well as weekends.

- You have a positive attitude and enjoy tackling tasks.

- You can speak and understand Swedish and English fluently.

As an applicant, you should not be allergic to fur as the workplace allows employees to bring dogs.

The workplace has a collective agreement, and salary is based on the collective agreement for taxi operators.

The position may be filled before the application deadline. The start of employment will be according to agreement, but the goal is during week 10. The position starts with an onboarding process where you will be internally trained in all tasks.
