About the Position

As a marketing assistant, you will have a varied job where no day is the same. Given the diverse tasks of the role, it is important that you thrive in an environment where speed, flexibility, and organizational skills are prioritized. At times, more administrative tasks will also need to be performed, so an interest and ability to combine project work with operational tasks is a valuable skill to possess and enjoy.

In the role of marketing assistant, you will work closely with others in the communications department as well as with our sustainability department and our agency.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Be responsible for social collaborations and sponsorships, which means planning, following up, communicating, as well as booking and executing activities and events with our partners.
• Plan, produce, and update content across all digital channels.
• Create presentation materials and ensure the quality of simpler communication efforts.
• Contribute ideas, suggestions, and concepts to others' communication plans and initiatives based on the department's purpose.
• Support other departments in simpler communication efforts and various communication issues.
• Be responsible for give-aways, signage, and printed materials.

Who Are You?

You who are applying have a higher education in communication, marketing, or equivalent. Preferably experience in creating content in various formats and accustomed to working operationally with channel selection as well as knowledge of social media. We are looking for someone skilled at formulating messages, texts, and creating high-quality content. Previous experience working with digital media is an advantage.

We expect you to be proficient in Swedish and English and have an easy time expressing yourself, especially in writing but also verbally. You are a proficient user of PowerPoint, Photoshop, InDesign, and preferably programs for editing video.

To thrive in the role, you are a communicative person with a good ability to build relationships. You enjoy being self-driven with a high level of motivation and the ability to make things happen, as well as taking personal responsibility for your work. You have a high social ability, enjoy providing good service, and can work on multiple projects simultaneously. As a person, you are curious and enjoy thinking outside the box.
