Biltema offers a wide range of products for the whole family in the areas of Car/Motorcycle, Boat, Leisure, Home, Office/Technology, Construction, Car Care, and Tools. Biltema markets more than 19,000 items. Our vision is to make it easier for people to afford a car, boat, home, tools, and high-quality leisure products, thereby creating a richer leisure time for everyone. Biltema currently has a total of 161 stores in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland, of which 60 stores are in Sweden. Biltema is a strong brand in an exciting expansion, planning to open around 50 new stores in the Nordic region in the coming years.
About the Position
As a Store Associate at Biltema, you play an important role in the customers' experience in the store. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that customers receive the best possible service. If you enjoy a fast-paced work environment and customer interactions, you will thrive in our café, which is a popular spot for our customers. Your workday consists of various tasks, including stock picking, cashier work, and customer service and café duties.
About You
The customer's time is valuable, and as an employee at Biltema, you must be able to read the customer's needs. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is a natural service-oriented person and has the customer in focus. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you are constantly faced with new challenges. As a person, you enjoy taking initiative, seeing what needs to be done, and wanting order and tidiness around you. Personal suitability will be highly valued, as you must be communicative in both Swedish and English.
Experience in retail, particularly in customer service, cashier work, and complaint handling, is an advantage. To quickly adapt to the role, we appreciate a strong interest in our product range and areas or café operations.

Employment Type: Part-time and temporary during the spring, as well as summer substitute from 1/6 - 31/8. It is an advantage if you can start with an introduction as soon as possible.
