ABOUT THE POSITION

As a Marketing Coordinator with our partner, you will have a varied job where each day presents new challenges. The role involves combining project work with operational tasks, which makes an interest in both creative and administrative tasks an advantage. You will work closely with colleagues in the communications department and collaborate with the sustainability department and agency. This is a consulting assignment, which means you will be employed by Academic Work and work as a consultant for our client.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

Be responsible for the client's social collaborations and sponsorship, which means you plan, follow up, communicate, and book and carry out activities and events with the client's partners
Plan, produce, and update content in all digital channels
Create presentation materials and quality assure simpler communication efforts
Contribute ideas, proposals, and concepts to others' communication plans and efforts based on the department's purpose
Support other departments in simpler communication efforts and various communication issues, as well as be responsible for giveaways, signs, and printed materials

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

Has a completed university degree in communication, marketing, or equivalent deemed relevant for the position
Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as these languages are used in daily work
Has experience creating content in various formats and is accustomed to working operationally with channel selection and knowledge of social media
Is a regular user of PowerPoint, Photoshop, InDesign, and preferably programs for editing video

It is advantageous if you have worked in a similar position and with similar tasks. We see it as positive if you live or have connections to Umeå.
