Axess Logistics is looking for a dedicated and meticulous support employee who wants to help ensure that the right vehicles are delivered on time with the right services performed.

About the position

As a support employee at Axess, you are an important part of a team that works closely with both production and customers. You are responsible for handling support cases, following up deliveries, and ensuring that each vehicle receives the right treatment before it reaches the customer. This is a role for you who enjoys structure, communication, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

The position is to start immediately with working hours from 07:30 AM to 04:00 PM on weekdays.

Your main responsibilities

• Provide support to customers and internal teams via email, meetings, and some phone contact
• Ensure that the right services are ordered and performed on vehicles before delivery
• Support production with information and follow-up
• Handle deviations, update business systems, and follow up on delivery precision
• Administer orders, prices, and customer registers
• Contribute to continuous improvements in work processes

Who are you?

• Previous experience in customer service and administrative work
• Familiarity with business systems (experience with D365 is a plus)
• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience in the automotive industry or logistics is highly meritorious
• Good computer skills and experience with the Office suite
• A structured working method and a solution-oriented attitude
