As a resource coordinator, you will plan scheduling in the short and long term, and you will schedule the broad educational and course offerings of the school operations. You will be part of the team in the Educational Support unit, and your assignment will also involve driving planning work and service distribution in collaboration with educational managers. You will follow up on resource usage, coordinate and communicate planning and scheduling with school management, teachers, and other staff. You will also have system responsibility for the IT-based scheduling tool.
Your skills and competencies
We are looking for someone who has:
- Completed secondary education
- Current experience in complex resource planning and staffing
- Good computer skills
It is advantageous if you have:
- Experience in scheduling systems such as TimeEdit

- Knowledge of the agency's educational activities and subject areas related to Rescue Services and/or civil duty
In all our work, both internally and externally, we will act according to the state value framework.
From January 1, 2026, the current employee and leader criteria will be replaced by the Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency's approach for employees and leaders: The approaches apply in everyday life, crises, and war. The three approaches should be seen as a whole and build on each other; collaborative – proactive - action-oriented.
To succeed and thrive in the role, it is essential that you are service-oriented, analytical, and solution-focused. Together with others, you work systematically to achieve set goals.
About the employment
We offer you a permanent full-time position that begins with a probationary period. Your place of work will be Revinge, and travel may occur in the position.
