Do you want to influence strategic purchasing decisions in a technically advanced environment? We are now looking for a Strategic Buyer who wants to drive supplier relationships and create value through smart, long-term sourcing strategies. In this role, you will be part of an engaged category team responsible for ensuring a balance between quality, cost, and technology.

As a strategic buyer, you will:

• Have overall commercial responsibility for strategic suppliers and their performance

• Drive the development of supplier agreements and collaborations

• Participate in development projects focusing on sourcing and commercial decisions

• Be responsible for supplier performance and escalated issues

• Contribute to strategic initiatives such as make/buy analyses and localization of supply chains

• Work on long-term cost optimizations and improvement activities

• 3–7 years of experience in strategic purchasing.

• The ability to develop agreements that support commercial goals

• Good understanding of management systems, Code of Conduct, and ERP systems

• Experience working in process- and project-driven organizations

• Interest in and/or experience with technically driven businesses

• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Meritorious: Knowledge and/or experience of Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, or similar improvement methods.
