The federation's seven schools are located in nature and mountain-adjacent environments spread across five municipalities – Bräcke, Krokom, Ragunda, Åre, and Östersund.

Description

Do you want to help create a positive and developing learning environment for our students? We are looking for a passionate and dedicated music teacher for a 50% position at our adapted upper secondary school.

The position is permanent and the start date is as soon as possible by agreement.

Your Future Responsibilities

As a music teacher, you will have a varied and rewarding role where you plan, implement, and follow up on teaching for our students. You will be responsible for supporting and guiding students in their learning and creating teaching that meets each individual's needs.

Collaboration is an obvious part of your role, and you will work closely with other teachers and staff within our adapted upper secondary school. In your teaching role, a safe and clear leadership is important, and you are expected to engage and challenge students through creative and adapted teaching. A good approach and the ability to create a positive learning environment are crucial for promoting students' development.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about creating a safe and inspiring learning environment where all students thrive, feel good, and have the opportunity to develop and learn as much as possible. You have a strong commitment to meeting students with special needs and are skilled at adapting teaching to support each individual's learning.

You have the qualifications to teach music in an adapted school setting and are a responsive and creative educator who has the ability to engage, motivate, and challenge students on their own terms.
