JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Stamgärde School is a village school for grades F-6 located in beautiful Undersåker in Åre municipality between Järpen and Åre. There are 175 students and we have 30 staff members working at the school.

Here we work together with the guiding principles of knowledge, safety, and health. We are now looking for a resource teacher for the lower grades who can become a good colleague with us. The position as a resource teacher at Stamgärde School involves working in the lower grades together with teachers and students in need of special support during the school day, as well as on the after-school program with younger children.

A close collaboration and the opportunity to build good relationships with teachers, staff, parents, and students, as well as teaching and having structure and forms that promote the student's knowledge development and social development is important.

QUALIFICATIONS

We would like you to have the following qualifications:

Education in pedagogical professions is an advantage
Experience working with children/youth.
Experience working with children in need of support.
Experience from previous work in schools.
Be flexible, engaged, and positive.

The position is vacant provided that there is no surplus, need for relocation, or priority in the municipality. A probationary period may apply.
